Policyholder queries

If you are a policyholder, or act on behalf of a policyholder, in a company acquired by Swiss Re or coinsured within the Swiss Re Group, we can help you with questions regarding your policy.

This service does not apply to policyholders holding personal life insurance covers issued by companies remaining within the General Electric group following Swiss Re's purchase of GE's Insurance Solutions business in June 2006; if you hold such a policy, please continue to use your agent or other contacts as before.

Please note that only questions pertaining to individual insurance policies can be addressed here.

On 7 March 2007 Norwich Union announced that Swiss Re is to assume responsibility for administering almost three million UK life and pensions policies on its behalf.
