Charlotte A. Gubler

Charlotte Gubler joined the Executive Board and took over her current position on 1 January 2005.
A Swiss citizen born in 1952, she holds a degree from the Graduate School of Business Adminstration in Zurich.
Charlotte Gubler joined Swiss Re in 1993 as Senior Credit Risk Manager in the company’s Credit & Surety Department. Two years later, she was appointed to establish and lead the Global Credit Risk Management Function for Swiss Re Group. In 2000, she became a member of the Executive Team of the Financial Services Business Group and Head of Credit Solutions, the division which encompasses the global credit risk underwriting business of the company.
