Disclosure of shareholdings

Below disclosure notifications are in accordance with Article 20 of the Swiss Federal Act on Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading (SESTA).

Art. 20 para. 1 SESTA states that if a person or group subject to the disclosure obligation attains, falls below or exceeds the threshold of 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 33 1/3, 50 or 66 2/3 percent of the voting rights in a company incorporated in Switzerland whose securities are listed, the person or group is obliged to make a notification in writing to the company (issuer) and the stock exchange no later than four trading days after the creation of the obligation to notify (conclusion of a contract).

The publication on the webpage of the SIX Exchange Regulation shall prevail.
