Swiss Re Microinsurance Specialist Paula Pagniez explains why microinsurance is an important tool that can help all levels of society in this Expert Spotlight podcast.

Paula Pagniez and her Global Partnerships colleagues work with the public sector and development organizations, often in public-private partnerships, to develop innovative risk solutions that can make societies more resilient.

The team works both with government as well as at the community level using microinsurance solutions - employing a very effective a top down/bottom up approach to support all parts of society. Pagniez explains the importance of microinsurance and her strong commitment.
