Beth Neidlinger has been a registered nurse since 1987 when she obtained her BS in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. She obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2012 and achieved her Certified Executive in Nursing Practice (CENP) certification in early 2014.  

Beth has 27+ years in numerous leadership and supervisory positions. Her clinical fields of expertise are Progressive Care (Intermediate Care) and Med/Surg. She is currently the Coordinator of Workforce Development & Professional Outcomes at Trinity Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler Texas. Beth leads or facilitates numerous quality improvement initiatives which are core to the clinical and operational success of the organization. She is also part of the Magnet® team for TMF as they prepare to submit their Magnet document this fall and is responsible for drafting the quality data empirical outcomes. Beth is very active in professional organizations as well as with community volunteerism. She is a member of ANA, TNA, and AONE.
