We have a long-standing commitment to corporate responsibility and strive to live this across our business. For our achievements over the years we have received valuable recognition from specialised rating agencies and other organisations.
Comprehensive commitment
Swiss Re is committed to being a responsible company. Based on our Code of Conduct, we have a Group-wide approach in place that drives key activities in our core business, operations and partnerships.
A climate change pioneer
We identified climate change as a major challenge almost 20 years ago. Since then we have put a special emphasis on this topic and have created a number of innovative responses.
External recognition
Our efforts and achievements as a responsible company have been recognised by specialised rating agencies and other independent organisations. We are proud of the fact that we currently hold the position of insurance sector leader in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes (SAM assessment).
