Pulmonary Function tests (PFT's) are commonly encountered investigations in Life and Health Underwriting Understanding the fundamentals of lung functions and the types of Pulmonary Function tests would help underwriters in differentiating how to interpret these test results in different settings, ranging from abnormal PFT's found at screening stage vs significance of abnormal PFT's in those who are smokers or suffer from respiratory disorders.
