Your application will be reviewed by the recruitment team. If your application passes the screening process, you are invited to an interview. We conduct several interview rounds. This takes place either by telephone or face to face. For certain roles an additional assessment can take place. You will be contacted in order to set up an appointment and receive all the details of your interview. As a preparation you can browse our site to familiarize yourself with our business, values and history.
Upon a successful interview process the final step would be the offering phase. We would discuss this step with you in detail / face to face and we would also ask for a formal reference (verbal or written if applicable).
