Do you have any advice for candidates who want to apply?
The points we would like to stress here most likely are not “new” to you, keeping them in mind will hopefully contribute to a successful application.
- Make sure you have read the whole "FAQ section" before starting the application process.
- Take your time to first study all the role descriptions carefully, which can be found on the website as per the start of the application period (different for each region). We encourage you to approach this step with an open mindset and potentially also consider areas that you had not initially considered.
- Choose the position(s) you would like to apply for based on your own strengths and type of work rather than base your decision only on whether you are familiar with an area already or not. We recommend to focus on those 2 -3 positions which best fit your profile.
- Make sure your cover letter clearly outlines your motivation for the programme and the position(s) you apply for.
- If you apply for a position in Europe or Asia, please make sure you factor in the time to complete the online ability test(s) and ensure that you are undisturbed while taking them. The test(s) should be completed within 72 hours upon receiving the email(s) with the test link(s). The email with the test link(s) will be sent shortly after you have completed the application. In some cases, this email may go directly into your spam folder. Please check the emails in this folder as well if you do not receive the notification email. You can also find the test link in your application profile. Navigate to "Job Management", select actions, and choose "Take Assessment" from the drop down list.
