Rehabilitation Watch 2016 launched

Making the world more resilient through a focus on customer wellbeing

Insights from Rehabilitation Watch, an industry wide biennial report covering rehabilitation trends and topical issues for life and disability claims has been released. It is a collective tool to help evaluate progress across the industry and provide a point of reference.

The role of rehabilitation services within claims management has been empirically proven to yield significant benefits for customers, employers as well as insurers. Delivered well, there is no doubt that rehabilitation services lead to a healthier and more resilient society and with it the prospect of a more sustainable and affordable life insurance sector.

Rehabilitation Watch is just one example of Swiss Re’s continuing support and commitment to the role of occupational rehabilitation within the management of disability claims.
